Killeen Rotary - Four Avenues of Service

Rotary is Club Service! Club service focuses on the workings of the club. Without the participation of all members, the club could not function properly. Under Club Service fall morale, information, fundraising attendance and social functions. The Committee will consist of the chair, Susan Mitchell, and the Chairs of the sub-committees. Objectives, committee chair assignments and responsibilities are indicated below.

Attendance Committee: Janet Taylor

- To increase attendance at the District Conference
- To Increase attendance at all Rotary Meetings
- Keep membership informed concerning attendance requirements

Awards Committees:

Role of Fame: Amy Millsap
Presidential Citation: Kirk Thomas

Classification Committee: Alberta Barrett

- Conduct a classification survey of the community not later than August 21, 2004.
- Compile from the results of the survey a roster of filled and unfilled classifications
- Consult with the Board of Classification problems

Club Bulletin Committee: Kirk Thomas

- Publish a weekly Bulletin to promote attendance and inform club members

Club Directory: Bill Wilson

- To prepare and maintain a club directory that includes a photo, information and biography of each member

Fellowship Committee: Laron Slay

Historical Committee: Kirk Tidwell

- Record and Photograph events
- Provide Reports to the Board and membership as needed

Induction Ceremony Committee: Gordon Plumlee

Song Leader Committee: Gene Wentworth

Auction Committee: Raymond Perez
